One call. Forty-five minutes. You bring the thing that's actually eating you — the crew that went quiet on you, the pressure coming down from above, the stuff you park at the door every night. We take it apart, and you leave with three things you can use Monday morning.

Friday you were one of them. Monday you're the guy who writes people up. The conversations stop when you walk in. Nobody warned you that the first thing you'd lose is information.
Production wants numbers. Your crew wants backup. You're the membrane between them, absorbing both directions, and there's no one at your level to say it out loud to.
The near-miss, the guy you had to discipline, the call you're not sure you made right. You don't bring it home, exactly. It just sits in the truck with you and comes back out at 4am.
You're good at the work. That's why you're here. But managing people is a different trade, and you're learning it live, on shift, with real consequences and no apprenticeship.
"The industry promotes the best hand on the crew, then acts surprised when running people turns out to be a completely different job."
— Nicholas van Sabben, RCC | Former Underground Shifter BossYou tell me what's going on. Not the polished version you'd give your manager — the actual one. I've run crews. There is very little you can say that will surprise me.
What's actually driving it, what you've already tried, where the leverage is. Direct questions, straight answers. If I think you're wrong about something, I'll say so.
Specific and usable. Not "practice self-care." Actual moves — what to say, who to say it to, and what to stop doing. You write them down and you go use them.
Focused performance and leadership coaching for people who supervise crews in industrial work. Practical, direct, built around the reality of the job. You're talking to someone who ran shifts underground before he ever sat in a counsellor's chair.
This is not therapy. It isn't clinical counselling, and it isn't a substitute for it. If what you're carrying needs clinical support, I'll tell you that on the call — honestly and without a sales pitch. That's what the rest of this practice is for.
Before I was an RCC, I worked underground — hard rock, soft rock — as a Shifter Boss. Before that, oil and gas as a roughneck and floorhand. I know what it is to be responsible for people on a shift where the schedule is behind, the contractor is pushing, and the safe option is the slow one.
I also know what it costs to be the guy who has it handled. I got promoted young, learned the people side by getting it wrong repeatedly, and had nobody to ask.
That's the entire reason this call exists. Forty-five minutes with someone who speaks the language and has no stake in telling you what you want to hear.
One more thing, since you're going to wonder.
Nobody I've worked with has called once. Every one of them has come back — not because I sold them a package, because I don't have one, and not because I put them in a follow-up sequence. They come back when the next thing shows up, because the first call was worth the second.
I'm telling you that so you know what you're buying. One call is a real thing on its own. It also tends to be the start of something.
Forty-five minutes, $150, and three things you can use Monday morning. If I'm not the right person for what you're dealing with, I'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better.
